Сара Шпитальник – це розумна та ніжна жінка середнього зросту. У неї приємний низький голос та заплетена гулька на голові. Під час нашої розмови вона пильно дивиться на мене через окуляри. Мені дуже сподобалося спілкуватися з нею. Сара вміє чудово розповідати історії. Вона охоче відповідала на мої запитання. Вона дуже освічена людина. Сара проживає в одній половині одноповерхового будинку в Баюканах, районі приватних будинків у Кишиневі. Біля будинку є маленький сад та декілька фруктових дерев, які посадив чоловік Сари Мойсей Шпитальник. Чоловік Сари помер приблизно рік тому, в 2003 році. Бянка – це маленька мила собачка, яка проживає з Сарою. Собачка є безмежно віддана своїй господині. У будинку є дві кімнати та кухня. Одна кімната слугує за вітальню. Тут є книжкові шафи, телевізор, невеличкий диван та стіл біля вікна. Також в кімнаті є колекція ляльок у національних костюмах, розташована на двох великих засклених стендах, яку зібрали Сара разом з чоловіком. Сара та її чоловік придбали деякі з ляльок під час своїх подорожей, а деякі ляльки їм подарували їхні друзі. Сара пригощає мене черешнями з її саду.
